The room smelled like expensive wine and danger.
Arshia sat on the edge of the bed inside Damon Gilbert’s mansion, arms crossed angrily.
Damon leaned casually against the wall.
“You done glaring at me?”
Arshia snapped instantly.
“Why did you kidnap me?!”
Damon looked confused for a second.
“Because Friedrich told me to.”
Silence.
Then suddenly—
Arshia’s expression changed completely.
Her eyes widened slightly.
“…What?”
Damon shrugged casually.
“He said bring you here.”
Arshia’s heartbeat started rising instantly.
No way.
No freaking way.
Inside her head thoughts exploded rapidly:
He wants me here.
He remembers me.
He thought about me.
He kidnapped me because he needs me.
He wants my help.
He wants ME.
Arshia stood up dramatically.
“Oh my God.”
Damon blinked.
“…Are you okay?”
“he loves me.”
Damon frowned.
“What?”
“I KNEW IT.”
Damon stared.
Arshia started pacing around excitedly now.
“He wants me near him.”
“He brought me here because he trusts me.”
“He probably wants me to help him destroy Karl.”
Damon looked deeply concerned now.
“…You mean Friedrich?”
“Yes!”
“He doesn’t love anyone.”
“You don’t understand him like I do.”
Damon almost laughed.
“You barely know him.”
Arshia pointed proudly at herself.
“And yet he kidnapped ME.”
Damon rubbed his forehead tiredly.
This girl was insane.
Then suddenly Arshia looked around carefully.
“So this is Friedrich’s mansion?”
Damon answered immediately.
“No.”
Arshia frowned.
“Then whose?”
“Mine.”
She looked offended instantly.
“Take me to Friedrich’s mansion.”
Damon stared at her.
“…Are you stupid?”
Arshia gasped dramatically.
“I’m not stupid. YOU are.”
Damon blinked slowly.
“Friedrich loves me.”
Silence.
Then Damon burst out laughing so hard he almost dropped his wine glass.
Arshia glared.
“You’ll see.”
Still laughing, Damon called Friedrich on speaker.
Friedrich answered coldly.
“What now?”
Damon smirked while looking directly at Arshia.
“So apparently this girl thinks you’re in love with her.”
Silence.
Then—
“…What?”
Damon continued proudly.
“She says you kidnapped her because you need her.”
“She wants to move into your mansion.”
Friedrich stayed quiet for a few seconds.
Then suddenly—
he laughed.
Actually laughed.
Dark.
Amused.
Dangerous.
Arshia’s heart started beating faster instantly.
See?
SEE??
Then Friedrich suddenly said calmly:
“Bring her here.”
Damon’s smile disappeared slightly.
“…Seriously?”
“Yes.”
Friedrich’s voice lowered.
“And leave afterward.”
Call disconnected.
Arshia looked victorious instantly.
“I told you.”
Damon looked at her like she needed professional help.
“No,” he muttered.
“You told me you’re delusional.”
Meanwhile — The Hijacked Plane
The storm outside had become violent now.
Passengers cried quietly.
Children screamed.
And Kavira sat frozen beside the window trying not to panic.
Her breathing had become uneven again.
Too much stress.
Too much fear.
One hijacker noticed.
“Boss,” he muttered toward Friedrich,
“she looks sick.”
Friedrich glanced at Kavira.
Then frowned slightly.
Because Kavira’s lips had turned pale.
Her hands trembled badly now.
Suddenly—
she struggled to breathe.
The gun near her immediately lowered.
“Kavira?” Divyanka whispered weakly nearby after waking up slightly.
Kavira clutched her chest.
Friedrich’s expression changed instantly.
“Shit.”
Even he knew about her health condition.
If she died now—
Karl would destroy continents.
“DOCTOR!” Friedrich shouted suddenly.
Divyanka blinked sleepily.
“…What?”
“Fix her.”
Divyanka looked at him in disbelief.
“You kidnapped me.”
“And now I need you.”
“That’s embarrassing for you.”
“DIVYANKA.”
She sighed dramatically and crawled toward Kavira quickly despite her tied hands.
“Kavira look at me.”
Kavira’s eyes filled with tears.
“I can’t breathe…”
Divyanka immediately understood.
Panic attack mixed with heart stress.
“Listen to me carefully,” she whispered calmly.
“You’re okay.”
“You’re safe.”
“Breathe slowly.”
Friedrich watched silently nearby.
Divyanka glared at him suddenly.
“And YOU stop pointing guns at traumatized girls!”
The hijackers awkwardly lowered weapons slightly.
Divyanka focused back on Kavira.
“Inhale.”
“Slowly.”
“That’s it.”
Kavira shakily held her hand.
And for the first time since the hijack—
she stopped crying.
Meanwhile Friedrich quietly looked away.
Almost uncomfortable.
Because somewhere deep inside—
even monsters hated seeing fear that real.
Germany — Karl & Aaron
Karl looked terrifying.
Not angry.
Not shouting.
Worse.
Silent.
Dead silent.
Aaron watched the tracking screens carefully.
“We found the plane route.”
Karl immediately stood.
“Prepare the jets.”
Aaron looked at him sharply.
“You can’t attack directly. Kavira and Divyanka are inside.”
Karl’s voice stayed calm.
Too calm.
“Then we bring them out first.”
Aaron frowned.
“How?”
And then suddenly—
Karl smiled slightly.
The dangerous kind.
“Friedrich knows war.”
“But he forgot something.”
Aaron looked at him carefully.
Karl loaded his gun slowly.
“He learned strategy from me.”
And somewhere in the sky—
the plane continued flying into darkness.
