The mansion was silent.
Too silent.
Kavira stood near the bedroom window with tears in her eyes while Karl Casanova stood behind her, exhausted after another brutal day of meetings.
But tonight—
something inside Kavira had finally snapped.
“You don’t trust me.”
Karl rubbed his forehead tiredly.
“We already discussed this.”
“No,” she turned sharply toward him, voice shaking, “YOU discussed it. You decided everything yourself like always.”
“Kavira—”
“You think controlling me means protecting me!”
Karl’s expression darkened instantly.
“That’s not what this is.”
“Then what is it?!” she shouted.
“You don’t let me go anywhere.”
“You don’t let me breathe.”
“You decide everything for me!”
Karl stepped closer.
“Because this world is dangerous.”
“And whose world is that, Karl?” she laughed bitterly.
“Yours.”
Silence.
Sharp.
Dangerous.
Then she said the one thing she shouldn’t have.
“Maybe people like you don’t even know what love is.”
Karl froze.
Kavira’s breathing was uneven now.
“You only know obsession.”
“Control.”
“Violence.”
“Kavira,” he warned quietly.
But she didn’t stop.
“Have you ever even looked at yourself?” she whispered harshly.
“Have you ever loved yourself?”
That sentence hit somewhere deep.
Too deep.
“You’re so broken,” she said through tears,
“that you destroy everything you touch.”
Karl snapped.
Suddenly he grabbed her wrist and pushed her against the wall hard enough to make her gasp.
Silence exploded between them.
His hand beside her head.
Eyes dark.
Breathing heavy.
Kavira looked scared now.
But angry too.
“Say it again,” he whispered dangerously.
“You heard me.”
Karl stared at her for one long second.
Then suddenly—
he kissed her.
Hard.
Forceful.
Angry.
Like months of fear, love, frustration, obsession, and pain had exploded all at once.
Kavira instantly pushed against his chest.
“Karl stop—”
But he kissed her again.
Desperate this time.
Broken.
And somehow that hurt even more.
Kavira finally shoved him away.
“DON’T TOUCH ME!”
The room went silent instantly.
Her chest moved rapidly.
“You don’t deserve to be with me,” she whispered painfully.
“Just because you control me doesn’t mean you love me.”
Karl’s jaw tightened.
“You think this is easy for me?”
“Yes,” she snapped instantly.
“Because you always get what you want!”
“No,” Karl’s voice finally rose.
“I NEVER GOT WHAT I WANTED.”
Kavira froze slightly.
Karl looked completely shattered now.
“You think I wanted this life?”
“You think I wanted blood on my hands?”
“You think I wanted to become this person?”
His voice broke slightly at the last sentence.
And somehow—
that scared her more.
Then suddenly he grabbed her waist and pushed her backward onto the bed.
Kavira gasped.
Karl leaned over her immediately, one hand gripping the mattress beside her head.
“Say it again,” he whispered darkly.
“Say I don’t love you.”
“Karl—”
“Say it.”
His eyes looked terrifying.
Not because of anger.
Because they looked hurt.
Deeply hurt.
Kavira looked away.
And Karl noticed.
Because even she didn’t fully believe her own words.
His forehead rested against hers roughly.
“You think I control you because I enjoy it?” he whispered painfully.
“I’m terrified every single day.”
Kavira’s breathing slowed slightly.
“You almost died in my arms once,” he said quietly.
“You stopped breathing while I begged God to not take you away from me.”
Her eyes filled instantly.
“And now you wanna walk back into danger again.”
Silence.
Then finally—
Karl stood up suddenly.
Walked away.
And slammed the bedroom door behind him.
Leaving Kavira alone.
Crying silently on the bed.
Meanwhile — Casanova Hospital
Arshia stood alone in the hospital washroom staring at herself in the mirror.
Blankly.
Cold water ran over her trembling hands.
Then suddenly—
she opened her locker.
Inside were:
sleeping pills
anxiety medicines
old photographs
and a blood-stained bracelet
Divyanka entered quietly behind her.
And froze.
“Arshia…”
Arshia immediately shut the locker.
Too late.
Divyanka frowned deeply.
“What is happening to you?”
Arshia smiled faintly.
“I’m tired.”
“That’s not normal tiredness.”
Silence.
Then Arshia whispered softly:
“Have you ever loved someone so much…”
Her eyes looked dead.
“…that they ruined your ability to feel alive afterward?”
Divyanka stayed quiet.
Arshia laughed weakly.
“People think heartbreak makes you cry.”
“But sometimes…”
She looked toward the mirror again.
“…it just empties you.”
And for the first time—
Divyanka realized Arshia wasn’t healing.
She was drowning quietly.
One Week Later
Karl and Aaron sat inside a ten-hour underground mafia meeting.
Phones silent.
No interruptions.
No exits.
Meanwhile—
Kavira quietly boarded a flight to India.
Alone.
Without telling anyone.
Casanova Hospital — Same Day
Aaron was absent today.
And that became the biggest mistake.
The hospital doors suddenly opened.
Men entered.
Armed.
Dangerous.
And in the center—
Raven Vasiliev.
Divyanka looked up instantly.
“What the hell—”
Before she could finish—
Raven grabbed her wrist.
“Sorry, doctor,” he said quietly.
“But this isn’t personal.”
Divyanka struggled instantly.
“LET ME GO!”
The nurses screamed.
Guards fell unconscious around them.
And within seconds—
Raven kidnapped Divyanka.
Leaving the hospital in chaos.
India
Kavira stood frozen outside her childhood house.
Something felt wrong.
Too many people.
Too much silence.
Then her younger brother opened the door.
And looked shocked.
“Kavira?”
“What happened?”
His expression twisted instantly.
“You came now?”
Her stomach dropped.
“What happened?”
Then he whispered:
“Dad is dead.”
Everything stopped.
“What…?”
Kavira stumbled backward slightly.
“No…”
Her brother looked furious suddenly.
“This all happened because of YOU.”
Kavira stared blankly.
“What are you saying?”
“Your mafia husband killed him!”
Silence.
Dead silence.
Kavira’s heartbeat stopped.
“…What?”
Her brother laughed bitterly.
“He shot dad after buying you.”
Kavira’s entire body trembled.
No.
No no no.
Her brother pointed toward the boxes upstairs coldly.
“Take your stupid journals and leave.”
“You destroyed this family already.”
Tears rolled down Kavira’s face silently as she walked upstairs shakily.
Her tiny paper stars.
Her journals.
Her painted bottles.
Her childhood.
Everything packed into dusty boxes.
And suddenly—
nothing felt innocent anymore.
The Real Truth — Flashback
Months ago.
Karl stood in front of Kavira’s father after the marriage deal.
Disgust filled his eyes.
“You sold your daughter.”
The man smirked shamelessly.
Karl shot him instantly.
But—
the man was wearing a bulletproof vest.
He fell dramatically pretending to die.
Karl left coldly without checking.
And hidden in the shadows—
Friedrich Casanova stepped forward slowly.
Smiling.
Darkly.
“Well,” Friedrich whispered,
“thank you for making this easier, brother.”
Gunshot.
This time—
real.
Blood spread across the floor.
And Friedrich smiled while looking at the dead body.
“Now let’s see,” he whispered softly,
“how long love survives after truth destroys it.”
